Lodging

We have booked a group of townhouses on the university campus for the conference for $60/night + tax. Accommodation would be shared with other conference attendees. For more information, see here.

We encourage attendees to stay in the on-campus housing, but if you would like to stay downtown, a good choice the university uses is the Holiday Inn Toronto Bloor-Yorkville, which is on the green subway line toward Scarborough (just over an hour) and a 10 minute walk from the downtown campus. Hotel choices closer to Scarborough are limited. The university typically recommends Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto East, but you'd probably have to take a taxi to campus or rent a car (and pay for parking). Let us know if you have any questions.
